Company and worksite purchasing
Bulk PPE supply for company and site orders
Prepare a coordinated PPE order for your team with Mabawa Creations. Send a clear purchasing list so the team can review the products, quantities and specifications you need and respond with a formal quotation.
Build the order around your team’s tasks
Use your workplace assessment and approved specifications to define each item. A generic kit cannot establish what every worker needs. Separate quantities by role, size and task, and identify any manufacturer references or documentation required by your purchasing team.
What to include in your quotation request
- Item names, approved models or required specifications and units of purchase.
- Quantities and a size breakdown for each item, including any phased requirements.
- Company contact, delivery location, receiving arrangements and requested dates.
- Any documentation requirements and whether proposed substitutions need prior approval.
Ask for itemised pricing and confirmation of stock, lead times and delivery charges. Availability, payment terms and fulfilment arrangements should be agreed in the quotation; sending a request does not reserve stock.
Coordinate procurement and delivery
Mabawa is based in Nairobi. Include the actual destination and any site access restrictions so the team can confirm delivery options and costs for your order. For repeat or phased orders, explain the schedule and ask which arrangements are available before committing to a purchase.
Use the site procurement checklist and compare the current product catalogue.
Bulk purchasing questions
Is there a standard minimum order?
Requirements can vary by product and supplier. Include the quantities you need and ask the team to confirm minimum quantities, pack sizes and pricing.
Can I combine different PPE items?
List each requirement separately in the quote form. The team can review the complete brief and confirm which items and delivery arrangements can be offered.
Can you provide certification documents?
Specify the documentation you require for each exact model. Ask the team to confirm what is available before accepting a quotation; do not assume every product carries the same certification.
